I had a wonderful stay at a large and comfortable hotel in Matsuyama. The spacious rooms provided a beautiful view of the city, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to visit Dogo Onsen, especially with the shuttle bus provided. The provided amenities, such as Yukata's, shoes, and towels, made the visit to the onsen even more convenient. I was also grateful for the option to purchase tickets to Dogo Onsen at the front desk, saving me from waiting in line. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Spacious rooms with nice city view. Excellent Onsens and close to Dogo Onsen town. Futons provided a good night's sleep. Breakfast available until 900hrs. Baths/onsens and additional equipment like massage chairs and book shelves are very good.

The hotel has great onsen facilities with various pools both indoor and outdoor. the breakfast had a wide selection, and the food was delicious. the hotel's shuttle service was also convenient and punctual, providing easy access to the city center.

Smoking is allowed throughout the hotel, which led to a strong stench in our room. the hotel could use some updates and renovations to improve overall comfort and aesthetics.
