During our stay at Dormy Inn, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. One particular highlight was when I cut my hand open, they immediately provided me with bandages and took care of me. They also went out of their way to fix the air conditioner in our room when we motioned for help. The hotel room itself was small but very clean and comfortable. The shower and bathhouse on the top floor were excellent. The location of the hotel in Electric Town was extremely convenient, with easy access to the train station and nearby shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Rooms were dirty, with marks and dirt in various areas. Rude staff, except for the kitchen staff who were great.

Christmas spirit was well-presented at this hotel. the decoration was festive and cozy, and we even received a small present upon arrival. the coffee and tea in the room were complimentary, and there was a mini-fridge that came handy for storing our snacks. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the subway station was also close by, so we could easily move around the city.

The room was too small for us to move around comfortably, and we had a hard time storing all our luggage. the pillows were too hard, and the bed was not particularly comfortable.
