I recently stayed at a hotel in Lagos and had a mixed experience. The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the lagoon. The room itself was well-designed and had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good buffet spread. Despite some issues with the water cleanliness and noise isolation between rooms, the overall stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive to maintenance needs, addressing problems promptly.

The hotel lacked complementary experiences for guests celebrating their birthdays during their stay.

This hotel is located in a prime spot on the edge of a body of water, and close to many places on Victoria Island. Guests can enjoy a lovely view of the lagoon from some of the rooms, and the ocean is only a short distance away. The rooms are clean and come with bathroom amenities that are of a high standard. The breakfast is varied and of good quality.

One downside to this hotel is that some staff members may not always provide accurate information.

The hotel facilities were great, including a fully equipped gymnasium and a lovely balcony for taking pictures. The location was accessible, cool, and very organized, being located in downtown VI, the business district.

The complimentary wine and fruit basket in my room was a lovely touch, adding to the festive atmosphere during my Christmas stay. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with a good mix of local and international options.

The room smelled a bit musty and the furnishings were outdated. the bathroom could have used more attention to cleanliness, and the towels were in need of replacing.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly staff who went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel arranged transport and a staff member to accompany me to the hospital when I fell ill in the middle of the night. Wellington, the sales manager, was exceptionally helpful and made sure I had everything I needed in my room. The service provided truly made it feel like a home away from home.

This hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness center was the perfect place to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere while the live entertainment kept me entertained. the massage and beauty treatments were of the highest quality and the Spa lounge was the perfect place to relax after my treatments. the treatment room was spacious and had a tranquil ambiance.

Despite this, the dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was remarkable.
