We loved the attention to detail and the warm service provided by the staff. The little considerations like complimentary ramen in the evenings and morning coffee in the lobby added to the overall experience. Special mention to a helpful senior staff member who went above and beyond to provide directions to a boat cruise. The hot springs were a welcome respite after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel's affordability and ease of access via a short tram ride made us feel more comfortable. Despite not all staff members being fluent in English, they still managed to assist us effectively.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location. the comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and free shuttle service were our favorites. the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of popular tourist sites and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

The lack of views from the hotel was a bit disappointing. the breakfast buffet didn't have many options for vegetarians.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping streets, where we could easily find a variety of food options for our children. It is also a short walk to both the circular bus route and the tram stop at Chudenmae, allowing us to easily explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers free ramen at night, which was a hit with the whole family.

The room felt a bit cramped compared to other stays in Japan, but it was still comfortable for our family.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. It is conveniently situated near the Peace Park area and within walking distance from the Peace Park itself. The hotel also offers basic amenities such as a quiet refrigerator in the rooms and a public bath with a very relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by upgrading me to a bigger bed, ensuring a comfortable stay.

All was more than satisfactory at this hotel.

We had a great experience at the Dormy Inn. the room was spacious with a window facing the Peace Boulevard. the onsen on the top floor was perfect for relaxation and the complimentary bowl of ramen after 9 pm was a nice touch. the location was excellent, within walking distance of the Peace Memorial. Convenience stores and restaurants were also nearby. the hotel even offered a free shuttle to the station. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was well-prepared.
