my stay at minerva church surpassed my expectations. the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, especially Lisa and Thomas. the room was comfortable, with a beautiful view and quiet surroundings. definitely my go-to hotel in hanoi.

We loved the location of this venue! It was situated right in the heart of the tourist area and we were only a short walk away from a beautiful lake on the north shore. Service was top-notch here - they offer room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, housekeeping. The room amenities were also great, with free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and mini-bars. We especially appreciated the terrace, in-room safe, patio, and garden furniture.

During check-out, it seemed like the staff couldn't focus on one person at once. However, this place was so great that we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

The fruit basket in my room was a nice touch and the fresh towels daily were appreciated. the hotel is in a central location, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

The room was small and cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable. the air conditioning unit was loud and made it difficult to sleep.

The location in the Old Quarter, almost next to the Church, was perfect for exploring the trendy part of town where local teenagers gather at the coffee shops in the evenings. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Lisa and Sunny, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were helpful in organizing transportation, such as airport car services, and even arranged a fan for our room when there was an issue with the AC. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of sweet and savory dishes, and they even offered made-to-order eggs. this hotel provided us with a pleasurable experience in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

I recently stayed at Minerva Church Hotel in Hanoi and it was fantastic value for my money. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The staff, especially Lily and Jasmine, were exceptional - so helpful, kind. They really made my stay enjoyable and I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a 100 year old church and is also close to the big lake. The room is spacious and nicely decorated with modern furnishings, providing a touch of elegance. The bathroom has a see-through glass, although it would be better if they had a curtain for privacy. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing a warm welcome.
