The hot spring was great and there was free ice cream and ramen provided. the hotel was located in a convenient area with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. the complimentary coffee and juice was a nice touch and the room was well organized.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of amenities provided, every little thing was taken care of. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, and the delicious breakfast offered a great start to the day. And let's not forget the cold bath, which was truly refreshing after a long day of activities.

No major complaints, everything was more than satisfactory.

We had a great stay at Dormy Inn. The amenities were amazing, like the free flow of apple juice and coffee in the lobby. We also loved the onsen, it was well-maintained and even had free Yakult and ice cream. The rooms were well-organized and perfect for travelers. The location was convenient with lots of bars and places to eat nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
