Had a great stay in central Kofu during the Xmas holidays. the hot spring facilities were amazing; particularly the outdoor pool that overlooked a stunning landscape. the bed and shower were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was very easy to find, located on a straight road from the train station. Free washing machines and the traditional Japanese bathing facility were a bonus.

The small size of the double bed and the pillow that was too firm for our liking. the smoking room was right next to the vending machines, which made the area smell unpleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the bustling vending machine area and just a stone's throw away from the railway station. The convenience couldn't be beaten! The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the front desk being incredibly accommodating and making us feel right at home. They even knew who we were before we had a chance to introduce ourselves! The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Additionally, it is in close proximity to the vending machine area, providing quick and convenient snacks and drinks. The rooms are comfortable and the showers offer a great massage mode, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a variety of choices and delicious flavors. The rooftop onsen is a standout feature, offering a unique and enjoyable bathing experience.

One small downside is that the bed and pillow can be a bit too firm for some guests' liking.
