Transportation was convenient with a metro line within a 5-minute walk. the onsen facilities were impressive, offering a black water hot spring that left our skin soft.

we had a wonderful stay at Dormy Inn. the decor was tasteful, the room spacious enough for a large suitcase, and the location off the busy area of Ginza was perfect. the onsen facilities in the basement were truly relaxing, and we enjoyed the complimentary ramen, popsicles in the evening, and yoghurt drinks in the morning. the staff was very helpful and the overall experience was delightful.
