Air conditioning was quiet, making it perfect for the hot weather. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Bathrobes were provided and the breakfast was great. Fresh milk and complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The hotel has a unique and charming atmosphere.

We recently stayed at a hotel near my daughter's place, and it was a wonderful experience. the hotel had a complete refurbishment and was incredibly comfortable. It was also conveniently located, making it very convenient for us. the breakfast included in our stay was delicious and great value. the bed was extremely comfortable, with a great mattress. We also appreciated the small details like fresh milk in the fridge, a free beer and water, and a Nespresso machine. the room, although small, was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast menu was varied, even including dishes like avocado and poached eggs. it was a very enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in a very pleasant neighbourhood was perfect for me. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I felt looked after. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping my room spotlessly clean throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort. I especially loved the terrace and garden furniture, providing a peaceful outdoor space to relax. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, adding that extra level of convenience. The flat-screen TV and sitting area in the room were a great addition, allowing me to unwind and enjoy some downtime. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also impressive, providing delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Guests also appreciated the comfortable beds and the friendly, personal service provided by the staff.

The room was uncomfortably hot, despite the relatively mild weather outside. the air conditioning was not working properly, and when we complained to the staff, they were not very helpful in resolving the issue.

The hotel had a very friendly staff who showed us around and offered to carry our bags. They made sure we were well informed and even suggested local places to eat late in the evening. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the shower in our room was brilliant. We loved the trendy feel of the whole place, and the window views were very, very nice. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a restaurant downstairs for lunch or dinner and a gated back area for the kids to play. The location was also convenient, with easy transportation options to most of the main tourist sites.

My recent stay at the Half Moon was absolutely incredible. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I especially loved the luxurious bathtub in the Armstrong room. Being located above the pub was a fantastic bonus, as we could enjoy a quick pint or delicious meal whenever we wanted. The convenience of the nearby train station made it easy to explore central London in just 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable stay.

While it didn't bother us personally, some guests may find the noise levels at night to be a minor inconvenience due to traffic noise from the neighborhood and audible conversations from outside the room. Light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful stay might want to consider this beforehand.
