The location of this hotel is superb, with it being very close to JR Otaru & bus station. It is also just right across the train station and not far from the Otaru canal and shopping area. The lobby is cozy, and they even offer midnight udon for those late-night cravings.

The breakfast options were not of the highest quality, although still decent.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just across the street from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travel. The public onsen was clean and spacious, and the hair dryer provided was of great quality. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including unlimited salmon roe. I also appreciated the complimentary ramen served in the evening, perfect for a late-night treat after a relaxing soak in the onsen. my stay at Dormy Inn was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was right across from the bus and train station. It made it easy for us to explore the city and travel to other destinations. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the canals allowed us to enjoy leisurely walks and take in the beautiful scenery. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the feather pillows provided us with a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated right outside the train station, it is convenient for exploring all that Hokkaido has to offer. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, making guests feel at home. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are extremely clean. With a great view from the rooms, it is a delightful experience, especially for families with children. Additionally, the breakfast here is a real treat, with an abundance of traditional Japanese food, including mouthwatering seafood dishes.
