Great location near Avenida Paulista, close to attractions and public transportation. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Top quality furnishing in small but nice rooms. Restaurant with delicious food and accommodating chef. Excellent breakfast. Cozy and clean rooms. Attentive and reasonably priced parking service.

The location of Tryp was perfect, just a short distance from Av. Paulista. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. The cozy and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was good despite the crowd, and the parking service was attentive and reasonably priced.

The location was great, close to all the hotspots in the city. the staff was really friendly, helpful, and always available. Plus, the hotel had two complimentary drinks waiting for us upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the bed in our room was huge and very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

Our experience was not all positive. the check-in process took forever and there was only one staff member for a long line of guests waiting to be helped.
