As business travelers, we appreciated the outstanding customer service, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The hotel's facilities, including the pools and in-room amenities, were excellent. We also loved the convenient location near various restaurants and the beach.

Our stay felt just like home, as everything was perfect and there was no reason to complain.

The location was great, hotel was clean & lobby smelled nice. Holywood style bed. Rooms quite big. Lunch menu in the main restaurant was fantastic. Newly built so rooms looked fresh. Breakfast had plentiful choices and high quality ingredients. Friendly receptionists recommended great nearby conveyor belt sushi shop. Plentiful free parking. View of sea from breakfast table.

During my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I was impressed by the outstanding customer service and comfortable beds. The room was also incredibly spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the pools and the in-room facilities. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to have both a beach honeymoon and a cultural/shopping experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Amazing customer service, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms were the highlights of our weekend stay. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service from the moment we arrived. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which is not always the case in Japan. the rooms were also very spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the prices of the food were quite expensive, so we opted to buy cheaper options from a nearby convenience store.

Despite a few small issues like pricey drinks at the rooftop bar and the need to walk a bit to use the neighboring Hilton facilities, our stay was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and great location.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was fantastisch. Allereerst was de locatie ideaal. Het hotel bevond zich op loopafstand van het centraal station, waardoor ik gemakkelijk van en naar het hotel kon reizen. Natuurlijk was het hotel dicht bij het oude centrum gelegen, waardoor ik binnen enkele minuten op de hoofdstraat was. De buurt voelde veilig, zelfs 's avonds laat kon ik zonder problemen over straat.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We were pleased to find ample parking available, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel's location in Chatan, which is predominantly a military base, allowed for easy access to the airport at a reasonable price. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always willing to answer any questions we had and providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, coming from different countries, provided excellent service and spoke English fluently. The location was perfect, right on the sea wall and facing the stunning sunsets. The hotel also had access to the main Hilton across the street, where I enjoyed a delicious lunch buffet with unlimited crab legs. The rooms were quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and I could even watch the sunset from there. it was an awesome experience!

I got great value for my money at Doubletree! The room was fresh and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location near the American Village was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty - especially the Korean staff who went above and beyond during a typhoon.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The rooms were quiet, providing a peaceful stay despite the nearby construction and neighbors. The international staff, hailing from South Korea, China, the Philippines, Thailand. The hotel's location on the sea wall allowed for breathtaking sunsets and moonsets. Additionally, staying at Doubletree granted access to the main Hilton across the street, where we enjoyed a fantastic lunch buffet with unlimited crab legs. It was truly an awesome stay!
