Great Location! Super close to main tourist spots. Rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided coffee and water in the lobby area.

Rooms were quite small and lacked storage space for luggage. There was no safety box or vault to keep belongings secure.

Very near Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi, clean & comfortable rooms. Convenient store nearby, central location yet not noisy. Staff extremely helpful, got me a cab, self-serve coffee/water station. Easy walk to Dotombori & Shinsaibashi, great price & location.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the vibrant Shinsaibashi area. I could easily walk to all the attractions and shops, making it ideal for me as a tourist. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the range of amenities provided in the room, from the comfortable beds to the convenient trouser press. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
