I had an extraordinary experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff. They truly care about ensuring the best experience for their guests. The hotel has a simple elegance that I really appreciate, and everything was impeccably clean. The dinners they offered were of high quality, and the breakfast was delicious. The location near the train station was so convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend staying for more than one night to fully enjoy all that this hotel has to offer.

While the hotel was near perfect, I did find the pillows to be a bit uncomfortable, although personal preference comes into play here. Additionally, the walls were a little thin, as we were able to hear the guests next to us plugging in their phones.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Gora station, making it extremely easy to travel around. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. The staff are friendly and provide quality dinner recommendations. You can unwind in the onsen after a day of exploring. The restaurant serves great food.

Located in the mountains, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the onsen area and Gora train station. The rooms are new and spacious with comfortable beds. The restaurant offers tasty food with a great atmosphere. Additionally, the staff provide excellent service and cater to guests' needs.

I stayed at this amazing hotel which had everything I needed. The modern facilities were really worth the money and the location couldn't have been better. The hotel was right in front of the train station which made travelling around the area incredibly easy. The accommodation was clean and had that extra touch of detail that made all the difference, I even got a room with a balcony which was great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I also loved that breakfast was included in the price as it made my stay even more great value.

All in all, this hotel was perfect and I had a great stay.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Hakone. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. the location was perfect, right next to the train station and many restaurants. the onsen facility was fantastic, and I especially appreciated that they allowed tattoos. the highlight for me was the bar, which had a great vibe, friendly staff, and good music. the hotel also offered bag storage, which was convenient for exploring the Hakone loop. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The best shared room I've stayed in - clean and quiet, with spacious and private individual bunks. Loved the onsen - limited occupancy but worth it. the provided toiletries smelled great. Close to Gora station via underpass. the staff provided quality dinner recommendations when the restaurant was closed.

It would have been nice to have cheaper options with a good amount of portion. there were some noise issues with the adjoining rooms.
