The hotel was located right near the centre of Pollenca, making it convenient for exploring the town and its attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern and spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a lift to help with carrying luggage upstairs, and there was free parking available nearby.

That the breakfast bread was only toast, instead of a wider selection of bread options.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the breakfast had a good selection including delicious scrambled eggs and a great cup of coffee. the hotel's location was perfect, being located just off the main square, it was close to shops and restaurants while still being quiet and relaxing.

The walls were a little thin, which made it easy to hear the neighbors in the other rooms. there was an extra charge for the use of beach towels, which made it less convenient for guests who didn't plan ahead.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location. The rooms are simply stylish and the rest of the hotel is cool and clean. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a good variety of options including excellent scrambled eggs on request. I loved how central the hotel is, just around the corner from the main square, yet located on a quiet street. this hotel offers great value for money and is a really great find.

The hotel had a great location, very convenient for exploring the town. It was easy to find and just a short walk to the main square. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. They were able to book restaurants for us and gave great recommendations for things to do. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options including freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs cooked to order, and pastries.

The hotel did not have a facility to print out boarding passes for guests who didn't have mobile devices. However, this issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by the staff.
