The service provided by the staff, especially Ryturo, was outstanding. They were cheerful, welcoming, and joined in with the Christmas spirit. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Had the best Christmas ever! the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes, including some local ones. the location was perfect, as it was close to the rental car return location. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay extra special.

Two small nitpicks: the aircon controls were in Japanese, which was a bit confusing, and I struggled to adjust the temperature in my room. a connecting room would have been nice, as I traveled with family and we had to book separate rooms.
