For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was super comfortable and had a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The hotel staff treated us like VIPs, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The location, right in front of a beautiful lake, was perfect and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. it was a wonderful stay.

The staff were attentive and the location was convenient, with convenient stores and restaurants just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of high-quality options and the restaurant had stunning views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. the hotel had a shuttle bus service to the train station and an observation deck to admire the breathtaking views.

Some of the staff had limited English proficiency, which occasionally caused confusion.

Best parts of our stay: The hotel is situated in a prime location near the lake, which gave us breathtaking views from our room. The room was spacious and had great amenities, including an in-room hot spring bath. We also appreciated the hotel's complimentary shuttle service which made traveling around the area much easier.

The room was quite old and outdated, and for the price we paid, we expected a more modern and luxurious experience. the dining options were limited and we felt that the hotel lacked a bar or any other evening entertainment options.

The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of Mt. Fuji on one side and the lake on the other. The hotel decor was excellent and the lakeside area was well-maintained. We were even provided with a free shuttle service to and from the train station.
