The free coffee machine in the lobby was nice and the shower gel was good quality. the location was great because it was close to all the shops and had easy access to public transportation. the bed was comfortable.

The room was incredibly small, even smaller than I expected and felt cramped. the lighting in the room wasn't great and there wasn't much natural light.

my second stay in birmingham was a delight with bloc hotel exceeding expectations. loved the upgraded room with fridge and 2 TVs, along with friendly staff and helpful parking discount.
