For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was super comfortable and had a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The hotel staff treated us like VIPs, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

We also loved the private onsen with a view of Mount Fuji, it was well worth the extra charge. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.

I recently stayed at a hotel by Mount Fuji and it was absolutely stunning. The view of the mountain from my room and the café was breathtaking. The serene lake scenery in the café added a sense of peace and relaxation. The private onsen bathtub was a real treat, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the magnificent sight of Mount Fuji. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The location, right in front of a beautiful lake, was perfect and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed in a beautiful room with westernized beds and a tatami area, providing a unique experience for our family. The staff were attentive and the location was convenient, with convenient stores and restaurants just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of high-quality options and the restaurant had stunning views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. the hotel had a shuttle bus service to the train station and an observation deck to admire the breathtaking views.

Some of the staff had limited English proficiency, which occasionally caused confusion.

The room was spacious and had great amenities, including an in-room hot spring bath. We also appreciated the hotel's complimentary shuttle service which made traveling around the area much easier.

I absolutely loved the peaceful and serene lake view from our spacious, newly renovated tataki room. the modern bed was comfortable and the breakfast and buffet exceeded my expectations. the staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. the location was fantastic, with stunning views of Mt. Fuji on one side and the lake on the other. the hotel decor was excellent and the lakeside area was well-maintained. We were even provided with a free shuttle service to and from the train station.
