Amazing traditional experience overlooking the beautiful lake and surrounded by the stunning Mt. Fuji. Delicious food is served, traditional hot springs are available, adding to the authentic experience. The location is perfect for those seeking adventure in the great outdoors; with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The warm and welcoming staff are knowledgeable and extremely hospitable, leaving us with a memorable and wonderful experience.

The hotel's structure is quite dated, with minimal amenities offered. the limited on-site services available may be a drawback for those expecting a more modern experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location right on the lake front was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, with a hot spring bath that offered a truly relaxing experience. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and easy access to the bus stop, making it convenient for us to explore the area.
