The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. the level of comfort and the quality of services provided at this hotel were outstanding.

While this place offers a luxurious and comfortable stay, it is located a bit out of the way. To explore the surrounding areas or visit the town center, taking the bus or a taxi is necessary.

The onsen was pleasant and not too crowded. The magnificent gardens were perfect for a stroll after enjoying the onsen bath. The view of Mount Fuji from the hotel was excellent, especially from the panoramic view area. The variety of cherry blossom trees and other flowers made for wonderful landscape photos. The Japanese-style room with a Mount Fuji view was clean and spacious. The free shuttle to and from the train station was convenient. The Japanese-style dinner at the restaurant was very good.

The room was quite small and basic, and in need of some updates. Noise levels were high, with doors slamming often and noise from other guests traveling up through the walls.

This place is amazing! The location here is incredible, right by the lake and with a great view of the mountain. Also, there is a bus stop nearby, which is perfect for getting around. The service provided by the staff is top-notch and the amenities are great, with everything from tea and coffee facilities to a sauna. The garden area is also a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The hotel's location near Lake Kawaguchi with views of the sacred mountain is breathtaking. We enjoyed lounging in the large, tidy room and appreciated the Yukata robes provided. The Onsen bath was a great place to unwind after sightseeing. Breakfast was a fusion of Western and Japanese cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also has shuttle buses and helpful staff.

We had a great time at the hotel, using it as a base to explore the beautiful region around the lake. The Japanese-style room with its tatami mats and view of Mount Fuji made us feel immersed in Japanese culture. The staff were friendly and always willing to accommodate our requests. The location was perfect, with a Japanese-style restaurant just down the road offering a fabulous view of Fuji, even though it didn't come out for us.

The restaurant's kaiseki dinner was a bit disappointing, not quite traditional and overpriced.
