The location of the hotel is ideal, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of two amazing restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of Mt. Fuji and the Highland theme park. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a decent variety of options.

The bathroom could use some updating as it appears slightly dated compared to the rest of the room.

Excellent location for accessing from the transportation hub. The free shuttle service allowed me to conveniently explore nearby attractions. The view of Fujisan from my window was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had decent Wi-Fi and the room was clean. the complimentary toiletries were nice and useful. Location-wise, it was well placed for exploring the area.

The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options, and could be improved. There weren't many nearby restaurants either, making it difficult to find an alternative.
