I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, just off the quay in historic Poole, was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the waterfront views. The staff provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a warm and charming atmosphere, with modern amenities that didn't take away from its old-world charm. The dining area was lovely, and the food served for dinner and breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and taste.

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Du Vin for a few nights. We were delighted to find that they have dog-friendly rooms with a charming little walled garden, which was perfect for our two furry companions. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was extremely delicious. The staff at the hotel were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across. The hotel itself is stunning both inside and out, with lovely seating areas outside to relax in.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of a bustling harbor town. Situated just a stone's throw away from the ferry terminal, this hotel boasts an excellent location for exploring the vibrant Quay area. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was well-appointed and the bathroom was clean and modern. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast, providing the perfect start to my day of adventures. the hotel had a lovely outdoor space where I could relax and soak in the atmosphere of the town.

I did find that the lighting in the room was not ideal, particularly in the wardrobe and safe area which were poorly lit.

Finding parking at the hotel was difficult and the available spaces were limited.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. the location was amazing, with convenient access to key areas. the cleanliness of the room was faultless, and the en-suite bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water.

Our room was smaller than expected and had poor lighting, making it difficult to read or get dressed. We also experienced some issues with the heating, as the room became cold in the evening.

The hotel is located in a historic area and is close to the Quay Visitors Multi-storey Car Park. The room we stayed in had a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath. The service from the staff was top-notch, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant on our first night. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including a perfectly cooked boiled egg. The hotel also offered facilities such as air conditioning and a coffee machine in the room.

The parking at the hotel was limited and came with an extra charge.

The room was tastefully decorated with a spacious layout and a large comfortable bed. The bistro provided delicious meals for dinner and breakfast, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the hotel's quiet oasis location just off the harbour, with a charming street and even a private garden for our dogs. a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Vin for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a charming old building just off the Quay by The Customs House. The layout was interesting with lots of steps up and down, adding to its quirky charm. The room I stayed in was small but comfortable, and the disabled shower was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious cooked breakfast, made with top quality ingredients. The maître-d in the restaurant was fantastic, both at dinner and breakfast.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Du Vin. The dog-friendly room on the ground floor was fantastic, complete with a roll top bath and monsoon shower in the bathroom. The food at the bar for both dinner and breakfast was delicious, especially the brioche French toast. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Although the parking on site was limited, the nearby multistorey parking was available and validated for a reduced rate. Additionally, the hotel's bar became quite busy and noisy, making it a bit challenging to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
