The scenery was breathtaking and the traditional Japanese room was cozy. the staff was welcoming and helpful, offering us a map of the area and explaining the best nearby hiking trails. the hot springs were a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options available.

We also found the food to be lacking in flavor and variety. Despite the beautiful surroundings, we felt the price was a bit steep for what was offered.

The 12-course dinner was delicious, with perfectly arranged plates and unique flavors. The outside onsen in the forest was an unforgettable experience. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. The traditional Japanese room with a great view of the mountains added to the wonderful experience. The food was exquisite, with different menus every day. The private and public onsens were easily accessible. The shuttle service was convenient and informative. The staff went above and beyond, even giving a gift and waving goodbye.
