Best getaway ever! Loved the remote location where we were able to disconnect from the craziness of the city and completely unwind. the amazing staff made our stay extra special, going above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. We especially liked the quality and presentation of the delicious meals they served. the room was comfortable and cozy, and the beautiful landscape surrounding us was a real treat.

That the location was a bit far from any shops or restaurants, which made it a little inconvenient to find something to do or eat outside the hotel. However, this could be easily remedied by planning ahead and bringing some snacks or making arrangements for meals.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-designed bathrooms. The staff provided efficient service and the breakfast offered a delicious Japanese meal. We also enjoyed the public onsen, which felt like a private experience.

The hotel could improve on their communication regarding the need to reserve dinner in advance, as it left us without any food options on a special occasion.

They even provided a wheelchair for my mother without us having to ask for it. Secondly, the location was truly unique. Tucked away in a remote area, we were surrounded by snowy landscapes and breathtaking views of the valley. It was a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Lastly, the breakfast was simply delightful. The authentic dishes were explained in English and the quality of the food was exceptional.
