The general areas are well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, with wide hallways and elevators, making it convenient for older guests like myself.

I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there.

We recently stayed at a modern and welcoming hotel. the staff at Natulux were incredible, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. the room, although a little small, had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We loved the cool and minimalist design of the hotel, with its clean lines and modern architecture. the location was also convenient, right next to the bus and train station, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. the hotel restaurant was also worth recommending, especially for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is just across the street from the Furano JR Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. it is right opposite the JR station, giving guests easy access to the Ski slopes via the public bus. being close to the station and bus terminal allows guests to be within walking access to a variety of restaurants.

The breakfast options at the hotel were below par and did not meet expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to the Furano Station, making it easy to access for those travelling by car. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing free bus tickets to nearby snow resorts and even taxi vouchers when needed. The rooms were clean and fitted with modern fixtures, with Wi-Fi available throughout. The hotel also had a hot spring facility, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.

As party people, we loved the hotel's close proximity to the train station and free car parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering wine glasses when we needed a cork screw. The hotel was neat and clean, with a modernized style. The breakfast options, both Western and Japanese, were a nice touch. we had a cozy and enjoyable stay for our ski trip in Furano.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is really near to the train station. It is easily accessible and visible from the train itself. The staffs here are very friendly and polite, always providing helpful guidance and even arranging taxis for guests. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and hearty, with both Western and Japanese options to choose from.

The rooms in the hotel are quite small and can feel cramped for two people, with limited space for belongings and no cupboards to store items.

The hotel's location is perfect! Right in front of a train station and many restaurants. the staff is polite, and they provided us bus tickets to the ski resort and night fest. they gave my children goody bags, and we were delighted by this gesture. We enjoyed using the hot springs and appreciated that amenities were provided. we had delicious breakfast options to choose from - either Western or Japanese - which was a great start to our day.

The rooms were quite small, and we had to split into two rooms because children over six counted as adults. the air conditioning and thermostat weren't synchronized, so it was freezing in the room, despite lowering the temperature.
