I couldn't believe the value for money I got at this hotel, especially for a staycation from Dubai. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with better organization and more staff to ensure all guests followed the mask and glove policy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous hotel for my family vacation. The location of the hotel was stunning, with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf from the balcony. The restaurants in the hotel were also top-notch, especially Gioia Italian restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals with impeccable service. The private beach was another highlight, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. our experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The lack of entertainment options.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel situated perfectly among a pristine coastline and gorgeous views. The food was delicious and diverse with authentic Italian and Turkish outdoor restaurants. The rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds and balconies. The gym was modern and phenomenal. The staff was welcoming and hospitable, especially at the front office. The beach was unparalleled and provided an excellent location for relaxation with comfortable sun loungers.

One staff member seemed lackluster and uninterested in their work, but this was an outlier among the rest of the fantastic staff.

The resort provided a myriad of activities including an 18-hole championship golf course and a magical tidal flow system surrounded by a lush mangrove reserve. The exciting portfolio of restaurants and lounges, offering Turkish delights, outdoor shisha, and rustic Italian cuisine, ensured delectable meals for every member of our family.

My wife says that more shaded areas near the pool would be ideal for families with children.

Not one thing.

The location is amazing; you can walk from the podium restaurant right up to the sea. The staff were fantastic, especially Shahid, Pragya, and Florence, who ensured we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are very comfortable and come with a huge balcony where you can enjoy the view.

The noise level was unbearable at night. It felt like the walls were paper thin, and you could hear everything outside and in the hallway.

The lobby, adorned with shades of blue, teal, and turquoise, was reminiscent of a beautiful fishing net cast over a shoal of fish. It felt like being immersed in a tranquil underwater world, a unique and enchanting setting that made a lasting impression.
