I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, the experience was incredible. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center, making it ideal for shopping and exploring the vibrant restaurant scene. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From providing a last-minute bed arrangement to keeping my lost item safe, their service was outstanding. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and I loved the convenience of having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including room service and a grocery shopping service, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my studio room, which was bigger than I expected. The added bonus of having kitchen facilities made my stay even more convenient. The super king bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also a good size. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a wide selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the authentic Italian cuisine at Archies restaurant, where the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the pleasant and helpful staff. Despite being located near a main railway line, I didn't hear any noise from outside. Parking was easy, although it's recommended to book in advance. However, the hotel was able to provide a parking spot for me upon check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. It was located in a bustling area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We were within walking distance of many key attractions and the public transportation was easily accessible. the room was very clean and well-appointed, with a great view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The confusion with our bed preference. We had requested twin beds but upon arrival, we were given a queen bed.
