My partner and I spent a relaxing weekend at this lovely Ryokan. the traditional Japanese rooms were charming, and the private onsen overlooking the beautiful scenery was a highlight. the attentive staff made our stay exceptional, assisting us with cooking dinner and providing top-notch service throughout. the serene location and spacious, clean rooms added to our overall satisfaction. the breakfast was delicious, and we truly felt at peace during our stay. We will definitely consider returning for another wonderful experience.

Located in the beautiful mountainous nature near the Itami airport, this traditional ryokan in the suburbs of Osaka offers an authentic Japanese experience. The spacious rooms feature authentic ryokan features and provide yukata for guests to wear during their stay. The in-room open-air bathtub offers a relaxing experience, although it's important to note that the water is not from the hot spring. The kaiseki dinner, served in a private room in the restaurant, is a highlight, with multiple courses that are enjoyed by guests.

The hotel can be difficult to contact, leading to misunderstandings and missed opportunities for services like in-room dinner.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a great experience. the spa had so many different baths and the views were amazing. I loved soaking in the onsen while enjoying the beautiful scenery around me. Another great aspect was the traditional Japanese meal. the flavors were unique and tasty. the hotel was also conveniently located near the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. the staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

The rooms were a bit on the small side, which made it difficult to move around. And while the Christmas decorations were beautiful, some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating.

Convenient location near Osaka with easy transportation options including a free shuttle. Enjoyed a delicious kaiseki dinner and a relaxing onsen experience. Breakfast buffet provided a variety of local Japanese dishes. a great place for a getaway with beautiful views.
