i had a fantastic stay during my time in tokyo! the family room was spacious and perfect for our group. it was conveniently located just a short walk to local attractions and had a great kitchen, exceeding my expectations at this place.

Had a lekker time here! The location was a major win—just a short stroll to Senso-ji Temple and plenty of shopping nearby. Our place was super clean and spacious, and the kids loved their little space on the tatami mat! The kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick meals too!

Only downside was the automatic lights in the bathroom. they can be a bit blinding at night when you're half asleep!

The front desk was unmanned, which was a hassle when we arrived early—couldn’t check in or store our luggage. It was a pain dragging our bags around after checking out since no luggage storage was available, and the lack of complimentary tea and coffee upon arrival felt like a missed opportunity after a long journey. Also, the chat function for assistance had lousy connectivity, complicating what should have been a straightforward process.

The room was clean and spacious with a complete kitchen and laundry,, which made it easy for us to cook and do our laundry! My kids loved the tatami mat room, they slept like champs on that thing! Plus, the manager was really nice and stepped in to help me with the check-in process when I encountered some tech issues!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the amenities, it felt alright.
