The location of Sienna is fantastic, with the Yindang Metro Station right next to the hotel. It was very convenient to connect to anywhere in the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and healthy, and the hotel staff were exceptional in making our stay comfortable. I have to commend Miss Kim, the customer service Manager, for her excellent dedication to her duties. The hotel room matched the photos and description, providing ample space and great amenities. The parking at Sienna was also hassle-free, with no prior reservation required and easy entry and exit. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk. The bath tub in the room was a nice touch, and some attractions, if you have a car, are just a short drive away. I would highly recommend Sienna for a pleasant stay.

Great metro accessibility and near to Yadang Station. Lovely classical music in the corridors provide a nice touch. Breakfast in a cafe with included high-quality coffee is a good start to the day.

Thin walls make for noisy nights and the nearby party locations mean late-night taxi rides can be expensive. the hotel's location is a little inconvenient for those who want to explore the city center.
