The Ginza Creston hotel offers excellent facilities, amenities, and a great location for business guests. The spacious rooms, fantastic view from the 36th floor, and comfortable beds make for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, accommodating changes in reservation without issue. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but with nearby restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 for convenience. The proximity to the nearest station, just 10 minutes away, allows for easy travel around the city.

The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and stores, making it easy to get food and supplies during my stay. the free morning newspaper and massage chair were great bonuses that added to the overall comfort of my room.

The noise from the street outside was quite loud during my stay, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep. the size of the room felt a bit cramped and there wasn’t a lot of space to move around.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, yet just a short walk away from the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. It was so convenient to explore the area and all its attractions. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to assist us, from translating directions to arranging taxis. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay.

The panorama was simply breathtaking and made us feel like we were living in a movie. The rooms were immaculately clean, as is expected in Japan, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in a slightly remote area, it is within walking distance of the Tsukiji Fish Market and several subway stations. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend Ginza Creston for its fantastic view, excellent service, and convenient location.
