The rooms at this hotel were huge, with comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing. the hotel also had a generous breakfast spread with freshly squeezed juice. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One negative aspect of my stay was the disappointing buffet dinner. the selection was limited and the quality was mediocre for the price I paid.

The room layout and lighting were impressive, with a comfortable, huge bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathtub by the window. The blackout blinds ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in was hassle-free, and the staff were overall helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of options. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were superb. The city views from the large rooms with high ceilings were great. The hotel was located in the business district of Jakarta, in a high-security area.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I especially want to mention Hanny from the front desk, who provided me with valuable information about the hotel and even helped me view the terrace and suites. Ms. Sera from the front desk allowed me to have a late checkout, which was much appreciated. Mr Malik gave me a detailed tour of the gym facilities, and Mr Fadly in the club lounge always went above and beyond by checking if I needed any food or drinks. I also want to thank Rohmat in Lobo for his kindness and for giving me a Lobo pillow. Lastly, a special thank you to Ms. Farah and her team for decorating my room for my wedding anniversary. The spa was amazing, and while the pool was crowded due to New Year's Eve, it was still a great experience. I definitely plan on returning to The Ritz-Carlton in Jakarta!

The Ritz Kids Team organized a fantastic day of activities, including yoga, cookie decorating, and pizza making. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the Asia Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. we highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton for families visiting Jakarta.

The food was excellent, with juicy steaks served to 300 guests simultaneously. The servers were also top-notch. it was a 5-star night that will be remembered forever.
