Great location, stylish room and excellent amenities. The room was just a short walk from the train station which made traveling around the city a breeze. The decor was modern and chic, and the bathroom was top-notch - complete with a bathtub and great supplies like shampoo, body soap, conditioner and face wash. They even had a TV with Netflix set up for guests to enjoy. The mini-kitchen, with a fridge, microwave and kettle, was a nice touch. There was enough tea and coffee to make a few drinks, a perfect way to start the day.

Uncomfortable sofa and lack of English news or weather channel. Unfortunately, the sofa/couch was past its use-by date and very uncomfortable. For international guests, the lack of an English news or weather channel was a downside. While the information on the appliances was translated into different languages, it was cumbersome to use. A card with the instructions would have been easier.

The location of Grand Base Hiroshima Hikarimachi was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from Hiroshima Station. The room itself was gorgeous and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a great bathroom with a bathtub. I was pleasantly surprised to find a TV with Netflix, and they even had an account set up for me. The eating corner with a fridge, microwave, and kettle was a nice addition, and they provided cups, tea, and coffee. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I had more than enough towels. The availability of shampoo, body soap, conditioner, and face wash was a bonus. I also appreciated the ac/heater in the room. The check-in and check-out process on the tablet was incredibly easy to use and available in multiple languages.

The lack of staff availability to ask questions or resolve issues was a downside, especially when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the stove top. The slow responses through the messaging system didn't help solve the problem either.
