I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic as it was conveniently situated in a huge shopping mall. Being able to have all the shops and amenities right at my doorstep was incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, making communication a breeze. The service provided by the staff was top-notch – from room service to housekeeping, everything was impeccable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a terrace. Plus, the breathtaking view of the harbor and beyond from my room was simply incredible.

I wish the breakfast buffet would open earlier so that I could catch the shuttle to the nearby resort in time. Furthermore, it would be great if the restaurants stayed open later, so guests wouldn't need to travel to the town for late meals.

Convenient location for shopping and entertainment options in the same complex. Aeon mall and Namco are within walking distance. Rooms offer a beautiful view of the changing weather. Adequate amenities including a proper hair dryer. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
