As a young family, we enjoyed the separate lounge area and kitchenette for convenience.

early check in after a long flight was a lifesaver. the staff were exceptional from start to finish, truly making me feel welcome. in a prime location for events at Accord stadium or Qudos Bank Arena, the view was incredible, the room comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were top-notch. definitely a spot i'd revisit in the future.

Staff at check-in counter slow and unorganized, bed too soft and broken, limited parking, room service menu and delivery poor, incorrect information provided by staff. Felt like treated poorly, nothing too much trouble.

We had a fantastic time here. The location was excellent - close to restaurants and attractions that were all within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and provided great customer service, especially Tarun who went above and beyond for us. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and leisure facilities, were top-notch. The room was well-appointed with comfortable beds and the soundproofed rooms ensured a good night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, too.

It is just a short walk to the Sports Centre and the Qudos Bank Arena, making it a perfect choice for sports events and concerts. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with adequate facilities and a nice view. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is satisfying with a variety of options to choose from.

Parking can be a bit tight and pricey.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel in Olympic Park. The location was ideal as we were attending a concert nearby. The room we stayed in was well-equipped and provided a much-needed respite after a long day of walking. The staff, especially the reception, were outstanding and customer-focused. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants in the area and the excellent meals we had at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Had a wonderful romantic escape here! the free breakfast and parking were a bonus. Loved the location - easy access to a variety of activities and entertainment. the room was spacious and clean - perfect for a cozy getaway.
