the room was shockingly small, especially for the price—definitely no space for luggage. and don't get me started on the air conditioning, just a stifling 25 degrees! i woudl ve been expecting a small upgrade or perhaps a complimentary offer after these inconveniences. but no, just another regular experience at this so-called hotel.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the JR station and public transport. My room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and I appreciated having two types of pillows to choose from. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of tasty items that kept me fueled for my sightseeing adventures. We had a great time exploring the Flower Festival and taking the JR Nishinihon Miyajima Ferry. The hotel made it super easy to get around, and the staff helped with our luggage smoothly. Breakfast was solid, and the location near the station was perfect for our group adventures!

One downside was that the handy smartphone service they used to offer is no longer available. I wish I had known, as my pocket Wi-Fi would have been handy.
