I had a wonderful stay at a charming little hostel called Guesthouse Maya. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. the communal area had a laid-back vibe and was beautifully decorated. the twin room we booked ended up being a spacious quadruple room, which was a pleasant surprise. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower rooms were sparkling clean. the hostel was conveniently located near a train station and had bakeries and restaurants nearby. it was a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

They went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family, offering helpful suggestions and even making reservations for me. the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I had the opportunity to meet and connect with people from all over the world. the beds were comfortable and the entire guesthouse was clean and cozy.

One thing to note is that the guesthouse is located near train tracks, so there may be some noise. However, the guesthouse provides ear plugs, and with them, I had no trouble sleeping.

the hostel's location near the train stations made it easy to explore Kobe. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for sightseeing and local restaurants. the communal area had a lovely vibe, and the bed was really comfortable. Despite the nearby railroad, the area was quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated the staff's support during a difficult time in my personal life. They went above and beyond to comfort me and help me with rearranging my travel plans. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and would definitely stay at Maya again in the future.

Not to mention the air conditioning, leisure/TV room, and luggage storage that ensured my comfort and convenience. With 24-hour security and a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy, everything was perfectly taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for an incredible stay in the city!
