Chose this hotel for attending a congregation, and the visually pleasing design and great location added a delightful touch to my stay. The heated pool area and complimentary s'mores by the fire were a welcome treat, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of work.

The one service that I missed for my work was the unreliable internet in the room, which hindered my ability to efficiently carry out business activities during my stay.

Wow! We loved our stay at The Coachman! We were sad to leave and wished we could stay longer. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location is great, just a short walk from the lake. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. We also loved the bar, happy hour, and the cozy fireplaces outside. Plus, they even left us a surprise for our honeymoon! We highly recommend The Coachman!

My stay at this hotel was memorable, especially toasting marshmallows and chocolates over the fireplace by the pool. The staff were welcoming and helpful with excellent recommendations. I’ll recommend the hotel.

I loved the bar in the reception desk area, where I could enjoy coffee, craft beer, and local wine. The meeting space and common areas were functional and flexible. The modern design of the renovated motel was a pleasant surprise.

The s'mores were stale.

Perfect location, close to all the tourist attractions and just a short walk to a private beach. The hotel had a great atmosphere with friendly staff. They provided a helpful list of recommendations for places to eat, hike, and drink in the area. The communal seating areas and the pool were lovely spots to relax. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

The room was small and didn't have air conditioning, which was uncomfortable during the heatwave. The beds were not very comfortable either.

The modern look and outdoor fireplaces with lights, extremely nice and helpful staff, seat warmers with lights for the toilet, heart-shaped tub inside the room, Apple TV, clean room.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We've stayed at Coachman several times and this was the first time at the new building across the street. Loved it! Same cool and cozy vibe, but with more space and a nice balcony. It has it all: super cozy and chill, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good complimentary coffee, fair rate, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Perfect getaway that never gets old! Plus, it's in a beautiful location.

I always return for the trip. At my first stay, staff recommended a local taxi. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, free parking, bar, and restaurant. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center are great. Plus, I appreciate the wheelchair access and no smoking policy.

Located in a prime area within walking distance to the lake and all the attractions South Lake Tahoe has to offer, this hotel truly stood out.

Not a lot of storage space in my room and no charging dock. Bathroom door should have been a sliding one.

I stayed at The Coachman for one night during a celebrity charity golf tournament. The hotel had a luxurious yet welcoming vibe, with clean white sheets, a heated pool and hot tub, and a decent breakfast. The double queen room was perfectly sized and even had its own refrigerator. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with Malin and Goetz toiletries. The staff was friendly and the common spaces were inviting. The hotel also offered fun activities like free s'mores and popcorn by the fireside.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, with everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer within walking distance, including the lake, hiking trails, and local attractions. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The lobby's atmosphere is welcoming and has plenty of board games to entertain guests in their downtime.
