We wanted to experience a more local, quiet part of the country and hike the Nakasendo Trail. the guest house exceeded our expectations with its stunning sunset views, cozy details, and comfortable futons. the meals, prepared by the talented and friendly host, incorporated delicious local fare. the shared facilities were spotless and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. the guest house and its hosts are true gems.

I had the most amazing stay at this guest house. The cleanliness of the place was remarkable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I had no issues with parking and transportation, as the bus stop was conveniently nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I even had the chance to learn how to fold origami paper cranes, which was a really fun activity. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
