The hotel is in a very good location, close to the center of town and different areas. You can easily explore the city and its surroundings from here. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good facilities and a view. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast is included and provides a perfect start to the day.

Wonderful staff, firm yet soft mattress, divine breakfast, beautiful and perfectly located hotel. Ample closet space, electric shutters to block out light and noise, and a terrace with a partial view of the sea. The included breakfast offers freshly made coffee, delicious croissants, cake, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed and satellite TV. The location was perfect, close to the city and Marina Piccola. The hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made orange juice!

During my stay, I encountered a situation with some ants in the room. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and sprayed the room, effectively getting rid of the ants.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel that offered excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, and I felt that I got my money's worth. The hotel's attention to detail impressed me, especially with regards to the basic amenities provided. The rooms were well-equipped with good air conditioning and some even offered a lovely view. Additionally, having breakfast included in the room rate was a wonderful bonus.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was positive, and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and easy access to transportation. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room had a stunning aesthetic with a nice balcony, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, yogurt, brioche, and caffe latte. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. It was also conveniently located near the city center and bus stop, making transportation a breeze.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was so close to the center of town, making it easy to explore different areas. Plus, it was not far from the main square and just a short walk to Marina Piccola, which was absolutely gorgeous! The service at the hotel was also wonderful, with the owner being lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was included, which was perfect, and the room itself was tidy and cleaned every day. The staff went above and beyond to quickly resolve any issues, like when there was a problem with the electrical socket. The outside garden was also a lovely feature.

The walls between the rooms were quite thin, so if you're a light sleeper, it may be a good idea to bring earplugs.

The receptionist at Guarracino was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a nice style. The hotel's location was perfect, nestled in a calm and quiet area, yet still within walking distance of the beach and the main shopping street. The terrace where we had breakfast had a charming partial view of the sea, adding to the overall charm and beauty of our stay.

The Federico family made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Getting to Capri was a breeze from Naples, and the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Capri's main square. Our room was clean and cozy, and we loved the Italian breakfast. Plus, having a kettle in the room was a game-changer! We had the best time ever, and can't wait to go back to Hotel Guarracino!

Wish there was a livelier atmosphere at the hotel with more activities for young party-goers.

had an amazing stay in capri, but this time at a different hotel. the staff at guarracino were the best - friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. beautiful terrace with a stunning view for breakfast and drinks. exceeded all expectations.

Coffee could've been better.

I enjoyed my stay at this charming little hotel. the room was always clean and tidied every day. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the town square, and yet it was still very peaceful. the outside garden was lovely and a perfect setting for a sunset drink.

the WiFi was not secure and should have had a secure password access. the shower head was difficult to maneuver making it quite challenging to shower comfortably.

The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcome and ensured we had a great stay. They provided us with excellent recommendations and helped us make reservations for our New Year's Eve celebrations. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were just a short walk away from all the main attractions and had easy access to transportation.- The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The freshly made coffee and the selection of pastries and fruits were a great way to start our day.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue, as there was only one staff member who could communicate in English. It would have been helpful to have more English-speaking staff to assist with information and transportation.
