As backpackers, we loved the friendly staff, perfect location, and spacious, newly decorated rooms. The in-room facilities, like the tablet for controlling everything, and the air conditioner's responsiveness, were impressive. The hotel also had its own car park, which was convenient. The room charges were reasonable, considering the hotel's quality.

We felt very relaxed, with no complaints whatsoever.

We had a lovely romantic escape at a modern and clean hotel, just a stone's throw away from the train station. the comfortable and spacious room layout had a great use of space with many new conveniences such as an automatic bathroom and lots of outlets. Snuggling in the great pillows and bedding all night was a joyful experience. we has access to a fantastic rooftop spa, which was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the wonderful city views.

We were not informed during check-in that the standard makeup room service ended at 4:00 pm. We were looking forward to a room cleaning after a busy day exploring the city, but ended up only having the towels replaced when requesting a later cleaning.

This hotel is conveniently located adjacent to Hakata Station, making it a great choice for budget travelers. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and good quality finishes. The breakfast options are delicious and offer plenty of variety. The staff is friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English and Chinese. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a tablet in the room for easy control of amenities and a responsive in-room air conditioner. the hotel offers great value for the price.

Not obvious to find.

Our stay at Miyako Hotel Hakata was fantastic! The location, just next to Hakata Station, made getting around so convenient. The room was spacious and modern, with deluxe toiletries in the bathroom. And the best part was the direct access to the JR station and department stores for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Fukuoka.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station, making it easy to access transportation. There are plenty of food options and shopping opportunities nearby. The rooms are modern and comfortable with good quality finishes and a large, comfortable bed. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices. The staff is helpful and the restaurant staff is pleasant and accommodating. There is also a rooftop onsen and pool for guests to enjoy.

Clean, great staff, ideal location with direct underground connection to station. Many nearby restaurants and Yodobashi steps away. Wonderful breakfast with French bread and croissants, capers with salmon. Neat, larger room with separate toilet, modern bathroom, fluffy towels, comfy bed. Good location near Hakata JR Station, public bath, larger room size. Great location across from train station, helpful staff , nice pool and hot tub with views of planes. Bright room with automated shades, great bathroom, good bed.

This luxury hotel provided exclusive amenities and fulfilled all our needs. We particularly enjoyed the Spa and wellness center, which included a sauna, steam room, and heated swimming pool. the rooftop pool also offered breathtaking views.

The public bath was a bit small, considering the number of guests it served. Nonetheless, the excellent location at the heart of the city made up for this minor issue.
