We had a wonderful stay in this hotel nestled in the woods. The location was peaceful and serene, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel had a beautiful onsen and a delightful bakery that opens at 10. The room was the most comfortable we experienced in Japan, providing enhanced comfort and quality amenities. The staff were exceptional, offering impeccable service. The food at the evening dining facility was superb, especially the course meals. We highly recommend this place for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Beautiful natural setting with stunning views and quiet atmosphere. Good variety of enjoyable amenities such as hot springs and a nice buffet breakfast.

The staff was not that helpful and accommodating to our needs. Some of the facilities were quite dated and not well-maintained.
