During my stay at Mardhiyyah Hotel And Suites, I was delighted to find that the room was spacious and well-designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the stunning view of Masjid Shah Alam from my room, creating a serene atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel staff, particularly Encik Muhamad, were accommodating and polite despite facing difficulties during check-in. Their professionalism and patience truly stood out.

Tasty and diverse Suhoor Breakfast, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Friendly and polite staff, from the concierge to the front desk, always willing to assist. Beautiful and atmospheric hallways with Nasheeds playing in the background. Clean and well-kept rooms with comfortable beds.

This budget hotel in downtown Shah Alam offers a great location. It is conveniently situated near the mosque and offers stunning views from its upper floors. The lobby is clean and inviting, and the public washrooms are well-maintained. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service, with special mention to Mr. C. K. Lam who went above and beyond to ensure a clean room was provided.

The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.

The complementary breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. the hotel is situated near a few shops, which was really convenient. Plus, the hotel room was quite spacious.

There was constant noise outside, making it hard to sleep. the room wasn't properly cleaned and the bathroom had a strange smell.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel satisfied all my needs. the indoor swimming pool was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. the room advantages, such as the spaciousness and luxurious furnishings, added a touch of elegance to my stay. the private facilities, including the bathroom and dressing area, were a great bonus. the friendly staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. the location advantages were convenient for exploring the city.

There was a minor issue with the bed being a bit hard, but the king size bed made up for it. this was a fantastic venue with attentive staff and great amenities.
