The location of this Ryokan is a bit remote, but they offer a shuttle service to and from the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with the added bonus of a private onsen in some rooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the meals served, both breakfast and dinner, are exceptional.

The only drawback is that it can be difficult to contact the hotel for pick up at the train station.

The traditional Japanese dinner included. Private onsen amazing. Spacious room, nicely decorated. Beautiful forest view. Vegan kaiseki dinner and breakfast delicious. Attentive staff. Shuttle service from train station. Exceptional meals served in stunning restaurant. Excellent service, explained every dish. Hot tub on balcony wonderful. Early check-in with balcony overlooking mountain and valley. Super delicious food with welcome champagne and snacks. Perfect stay with in-room private spring and public spring. Mikimoto shampoo and cosmetics provided. All done within room.

We had an amazing stay at Tokinoshizuku and left feeling incredibly relaxed. The private outdoor onsen was a highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The inside of the unit was clean and beautifully decorated. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable onsen experience.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly luxurious! The exclusive amenities provided in my room were fantastic, including the private hot spring bath which was so relaxing. The staff were attentive and provided impeccable service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also a plus, being surrounded by stunning gardens and offering amazing views.

The only negative aspect I experienced during my stay was a minor issue with the maintenance of some areas, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

We received complementary treats upon arrival, and a traditional Thanksgiving meal. The hillside location gives great views. , the private baths were a luxurious touch.

The road noise detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. The dinner quality didn't match the high prices.
