We had a great stay with the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location next to the station for easy transportation to the national park, and very close to the station, perfect for exploring the lively neighborhood even after 8 pm.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the Hakone region, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were attentive and polite, providing top-notch service that made me feel welcomed and valued. The basic amenities exceeded my expectations, and the rooms with their stunning mountain views were simply breathtaking. The traditional Japanese beds and tatami bedding added an authentic touch, ensuring a comfortable and culturally enriching experience. And the best part? Breakfast was included, providing a delightful start to each day.

The hotel is in a really great spot, just a short five-minute walk from the train station. This makes it very convenient for travelers who want to explore the area. Additionally, there are shops near the hotel, so you can do some late-night shopping after the other stores have closed. The hotel is also located just by the river, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

That some of the food served was not to our liking, but we understand that it may be more of a cultural preference.

Perfect location, beautiful scenery, private outdoor hot spring, accommodating for allergies, comfortable beds.

Great Japanese food and relaxing onsen experience. the staff was very polite and welcoming. the location is good, with plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby. the private onsen was a highlight.

The smell of smoke throughout the hotel was unpleasant. the public onsen was not clean.
