The self check-in kiosks were a breeze and super efficient, allowing us to grab room cards without delay. The array of shops just outside was delightful for exploring before our flight!

Although the staff were polite, language barriers made communication difficult, which was frustrating given its international location. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking in variety, missing that extra touch one might expect.

The self-check-in process was confusing, especially for tired travelers!!! It would have been nicer to have a dedicated check-in staff available instead of just machines. Directions from the shuttle drop-off could be clearer!!! There were no glass doors in the bathroom, which was unexpected and might not be ideal for everyone!!!

Super convenient location right inside Haneda Airport Terminal 2. The shuttle to other terminals was a breeze. The room was clean and had a nice view of the runway. Breakfast selection was fresh and tasty!

For us it was ideal.

We really enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms and the convenient access to Haneda Airport. Plus, the coffee-making supplies were a nice touch, especially since we were traveling with our service dog. The proximity to restaurants made dining easy for our large family.

My wife says that finding our way from the shuttle drop-off was a bit tricky with the kids. A clearer map or guidance would have helped families navigate better.

Right off the bat, I was impressed, the reception was cheerful, like they really wanted to help! The rooms were surprisingly quiet, which is essential at an airport, and the nice dim lights after all the bright airport lights were a welcome touch. Plus, they had roasted green tea in the room, and it was fantastic. Resting before another flight, I ordered room service and it was impeccable, just what we needed after a long journey.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for the convenience we got.

I arrived by monorail to the hotel and found it easy to follow the signs to the front door. The check-in was simple, and my room was clean. I had a good view of the runway. After a long journey, I enjoyed a comfortable bed and relaxed. There was a shopping plaza nearby with numerous restaurant options. This stay helped me recharge before my flight out.

this hotel is super close to the airport and the rooms are really clean and comfy. the staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze, which was awesome after a long flight. we enjoyed the breakfast options, lots of yummy japanese food and some western stuff too. plus, having a nice view of the runway was cool! its also quiet so it felt nice to relax before traveling again.

the self-check-in was kinda annoying at night and finding the way from the shuttle drop-off was tricky. also, the room didn't get cleaned every day, which was a bit inconvenient.
