Located in a residential area very close to Yufuin station, this charming ryokan offers a cozy and authentic Japanese experience. The rooms are traditional with tatami mats and futons, and some even have a kitchen-like area. The service is exceptional, with the owner and staff being kind and helpful, offering pick-up and drop-off at the train station. The ryokan also provides bicycles for guests to explore the nearby town. there are multiple onsen available for guests to enjoy.

Conveniently located near Yufuin station with helpful staff who speak English. Enjoyed the private onsen, which was never crowded. The Japanese-style room was unique, but the futon on the floor might take some getting used to. a peaceful and pleasant stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a residential area close to the Yufuin train station. Not far from the station by walk, it offers a convenient and peaceful location for exploring the area. The rooms, designed in Japanese style, provide a truly authentic experience. The Kotatsu heater in the room adds a cozy touch, perfect for those chilly winter nights. The breakfast here is definitely a highlight, with a delicious homemade menu that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. this hotel offers great value for money with its attention to detail, lovely views, and friendly staff.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.

During my Christmas getaway, I had a great time at this ryokan's private onsens. They offered a peaceful and relaxing way to end the day. Another thing that I appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff. the location was ideal for enjoying the surrounding area.

The meals were quite pricey compared to other options in the area and did not live up to my expectations. the shared bathroom facilities were also a bit of a nuisance and I would have preferred a private bathroom.
