Convenient location, comfortable rooms, nice hot bath, 15-minute drive to airport.

Our stay at Hatago Inn was amazing! The rooms were spacious and the bathroom exceeded our expectations. We loved the convenience of having a laundry facility in the hotel and even got to experience a relaxing public bath. The library with over 10,000 mangas was a dream for reading enthusiasts like us. Despite being a quiet location, the hotel was within walking distance to the station and outlet. we had an incredible experience.

The only downside was that if you're traveling with medium to large luggage and relying on public transport, it would be more convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. But apart from that, everything else was exceptional.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who provided us with an umbrella to use in the pouring rain. The building itself is new and modern, with a stylishly designed lobby. The location is convenient, with a short walk to Rinku outlet. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were complete. our stay at Hatago Inn Kansai Airport was pleasant and we would recommend it to others.

Helpful staff and lovely rooms. the lobby and library are beautifully furnished. the Onsen was excellent for relaxation after a day of travel. Breakfast was good, especially the Japanese options. the hotel is located close to Kansai Airport, just a short train ride away. There is a large supermarket nearby for convenience.

No restaurant or bar on the premises. the hotel is in a remote area, which might not be ideal for guests with late flights.

The location of this hotel is very comfortable, as it is situated close to the airport and the Kansai rail station. Additionally, there is a huge outlet nearby, perfect for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms are well-appointed with good beds and even offer the option of a double bed. Furthermore, the breakfast included in the stay is vegetarian-friendly, which is a great bonus for those with dietary restrictions.

No improvements needed, all was ok during our stay.

The staff, especially Miss Yamanaka, were helpful in setting up the car GPS. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and western dishes. The room was reasonably priced and the location convenient, with nearby shops and restaurants in Rinku pleasure town. English information about the hotel facilities was available.

The location near the airport, pleasant sento bath, well-maintained rooms, excellent value for money.

The hotel has spacious parking lots, which is great if you arrive by car. the large and new facilities are well maintained, making your stay very comfortable. the location is very close to the train station, making it easy to get to various areas of the city. the hotel provides toothbrushes and has a hot water machine where you can get hot drinks, which is a nice touch.

The hotel does not provide basic amenities such as tea, coffee, or hair amenities, which can be a disappointment if you're looking for those services. the hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a bit of a hassle.
