The room at Residenz was spacious, clean, and soundproof, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. the amenities, including a desk, AC, and wall heater, were convenient. the beds were extremely comfortable, and the quality bed sheets made for a restful sleep. the bathroom, with its spacious shower and heated floor, was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious hot and cold foods. the staff were professional and accommodating, making the whole experience enjoyable. the location was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful garden area, and the downtown area was easily reachable on foot.

Plus, the downtown area was within walking distance, which was very convenient.

The only downside I found was that there was no AC in the room, so it did get a bit warm at times. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to others for its luxurious accommodations, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

The room and staff were extremely cordial and professional. The room itself was very nice and impeccably clean. Despite a few minor issues, my overall experience at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the town center and the railway station. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the dining room was absolutely stunning. The complimentary WiFi was a nice touch, especially for business travelers. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is certainly upscale, with attention to detail evident throughout.

While the shower had hot and cold water, it did fluctuate a bit too much. It would have also been more convenient if the hotel had opened a side door during a wedding reception, allowing non-wedding guests to check in without any hassle.

The hotel had a good location for exploring the city during our Easter break. We enjoyed the big breakfast with a lot of tasty options. The staff were accommodating and professional.

The wifi was very unreliable and made it difficult to use our electronic devices. Additionally, the parking lot was often full, causing frustration when trying to find a spot. our experience was quite disappointing due to these issues.
